Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Operator cancellations: Full refunds (minus fees) if minimums are unmet by April 30, 2025.
- Participant cancellations:
- 70% forfeiture for cancellations 16-50 days before departure
- 100% forfeiture for cancellations within 15 days
