Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Operator cancellations: Full refunds (minus fees) if minimums are unmet by April 30, 2025.
  • Participant cancellations:
    • 70% forfeiture for cancellations 16-50 days before departure
    • 100% forfeiture for cancellations within 15 days
