- Day 1: Arrive in Islamabad, meet the team, and transfer to the hotel.
- Day 2: Rest day, secure permits, and finalize preparations.
- Day 3: Fly or drive to Skardu.
- Day 4: Free day in Skardu, organize gear, and meet support staff.
- Day 5: Drive to Askole.
- Day 6: Trek to Jhola.
- Day 7: Trek to Paiju.
- Day 8: Rest and acclimatization at Paiju.
- Day 9: Trek to Khoburtse.
- Day 10: Trek to Urdukas.
- Day 11: Trek to Goro II.
- Day 12: Trek to Concordia.
- Day 13: Trek to K2 Base Camp.
- Days 14-43: Acclimatization, route preparation, and summit attempts.
- Day 44: Descend to Concordia.
- Days 45-51: Return trek to Askole.
- Day 52: Drive to Skardu.
- Day 53: Fly or drive to Islamabad.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations by participants:
- 70% loss for cancellations 16-50 days before departure.
- 100% loss within 15 days of departure.
